New sales structure at CREMER OLEO
"CREMER OLEO is currently undergoing a major restructuring process" says Business Director Julian Brandt. In addition to product management, the first team to be reorganised was sales and marketing. Janine Dosz, a proven expert in the trading of raw materials and semi-finished products with extensive experience in process and change management, came on board almost a year ago specifically for this purpose. Time for her first report card:
What goal is CREMER OLEO pursuing with the restructuring of sales?
Janine Dosz: "We are aligning our organisation even more closely to the needs of our customers. To this end, we have dissolved our previous sales structure, which was based on product groups. All sales colleagues now represent the entire CREMER OLEO portfolio. They have specialised in regions and industries and can therefore respond even better to the specific needs of their customers. Because our business goes far beyond pure sales: CREMER OLEO is a service and solution provider for a wide range of requirements in the supply chain of oleochemical derivatives. The better we understand the entire value chain, the better we can serve our customers."
Why is this restructuring happening now?
Janine Dosz: "Commodity trading is undergoing major changes, both on the procurement and sales side: political conditions are changing worldwide, sustainability issues are driving procurement and digitalisation is driving us all. As an independent commodity trader, we know the interdependencies and can react flexibly to many demands. To survive in our fast-moving markets, you need to have your finger on the pulse. That's what we are with our new structure."
For CREMER OLEO customers, what does this mean?
Janine Dosz: "In the future, you will only have to deal with one contact person at our company for all products, documents and questions relating to contract manufacturing. We are focusing our entire service on the needs of our customers. To this end, all internal procedures and processes are constantly put to the test. We want to become faster and more efficient and work even more closely with our customers. For some, this means having a new contact person from our team. We are currently actively approaching our contacts with this."
