Welcome to the bees!

To make them feel at home and produce lots of delicious honey, we have planted fruit trees and flowers on an area that cannot be built on. A beekeeping team has set up several beehives. 

Pollination by bees is essential for the functioning of ecosystems. It provides biodiversity and food for mammals, birds and other creatures - and ultimately for humans. This is confirmed by the UN's World Biodiversity Council, IPBES.
