Glycerine-Hack for an Ice-Free Freezer
18.08.2021
Every time you open your freezer, warm air collects inside and turns to ice. In the long run, this leads to higher electricity costs, because even a few millimeters of ice noticeably raise energy use.
A few drops of glycerine can ensure that your freezer stays ice-free for longer: Simply rub it on the inside walls of your defrosted appliance. This slows down the icing and thus also increases the intervals between cleanings.
