When we restructured our sales territories at the beginning of the year, his future territory quickly presented itself: Among others, Leo studied in Sweden, so he speaks fluent Swedish, as well as Dutch and 4 other languages (respect!). He also has many years of experience in supply chain management, so he knows the challenges of day-to-day commodity trading inside out.
