Glycerine hack against the freezing of seals on the car
11.11.2021
For those of you who are getting just as cold weather as we are here at our headquarters in Hamburg, we have a special glycerine hack: With its moisturizing properties, glycerine can prevent door and window seals from freezing. To do this, simply drizzle a few drops of glycerine onto a rag and rub it into the clean and dry rubber seals.
This is quite simple - and probably not the first use of glycerine in your car: It is contained in many antifreeze agents for windshield washer systems and is also used as a lubricant in brake fluids.
