Major system changeover at CREMER OLEO Hamburg

Dear customers, suppliers and partners,

We would like to inform you that CREMER OLEO will convert all internal systems for purchasing and order processing on May 1, 2023. This migration is part of the comprehensive digitization offensive at CREMER. We are technically preparing ourselves to be your efficient, dependable and flexible partner for sustainable commodities and derivatives in the future.

What does this mean for you?

Due to the system changeover, the article descriptions and numbers in our systems will change, i.e. document numbers, batch numbers, article numbers as well as accounts payable and accounts receivable numbers. Please note: This only affects descriptions and numbers - the qualities and supply chains of our products explicitly do not change!

The technical changeover affects all processes in our daily business without exception and will take several days. To be specific, this concerns the period from 24.4.2023 to 5.5.2023. We ask for your understanding that no deliveries and pick-ups will be possible during this time.

 Please plan for this in good time! In addition, we ask you for a little patience should you have to wait a while longer than usual for answers from our team during these two weeks. We assure you that we will do our utmost to minimize the impact of our changeover on business operations.
